Egyptomania narratives or motifs
The story revolves around Yassine, a bumbling but lovable character, who finds himself entangled in a series of misadventures when he visits a wax museum and encounters a gang that steals artifacts and statues from museums. The narrative also involves a police officer, who's trying to catch the thieves, and an undertaker, who buries the stolen statues. The film begins with Yassine, a simple man, visiting the wax museum with his friends. However, his innocent curiosity quickly turns into chaos when he accidentally damages one of the wax figures, setting off a chain of hilarious events. As he tries to cover up his mistake, Yassine finds himself in increasingly absurd situations, from mistaken identities to comical misunderstandings. Egyptian antiquities feature prominently as backdrop decor, and they are showcased in carefully crafted sets portraying ancient artifacts, such as sarcophagi, hieroglyphs, and pharaonic statues. The main statue in the comic scene reflects the historical role of Queen Nefertiti, adding a touch of nostalgia to the movie's scenes.
